All the bags’ models have the same length of 62 cm when fully open; by tightening the side drawstrings to their maximum, they can be shortened up to 5 cm (keep in mind that they are designed to leave the snout’s side open, unless there is a particular need to close it).
The L model is thought to carry the standard dachshunds and is 72 cm (length) when fully open.

Please note that it is not necessary to entirely close the drawstring to his maximum: it is sufficient to tighten the drawstring to avoid that your puppy slipping out.

The bags are tested for dogs up to 15kg. However, we think it would be hard for you to carry them if your dachshund weighs more than 7-8kg.

Anyhow, if your dachshund is a little heavy, we would recommend a backpack, which will allow you to better distribute the weight.
This is the reason why we made only the backpack model for standard dachshunds.

Absolutely not: the safety of both you and your pet is a priority for us. All bags are equipped with a safety hook for the collar and a safety net to close the top of the bag so that your dachshund cannot try to “take off”, perhaps by unbalancing you.

All Cordura models are waterproof.

Surely, as long as the size of the dog is such that it does not feel “constrained” inside the bag. While we do not think that a French bulldog would be comfortable inside the bag, we believe that a Jack Russell or a small Maltese could be very comfortable in our bag, while protecting its back from inappropriate positions (such as vertical transportation).

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees are collected directly at checkout so that, under normal circumstances, no additional import charges are due upon delivery.

Our products are Made in Italy and, where applicable, we include preferential origin declarations on the commercial invoice in accordance with international trade agreements.

Please note that customs procedures may vary depending on the destination country. In rare cases, local authorities or carriers may require additional information to complete customs clearance.

Should a shipment be refused, abandoned, or returned (please refer to the Returns section below) for any reason, we reserve the right to deduct any shipping, return, customs, duties, taxes, or administrative costs from the refund amount.

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed by the applicable European consumer protection legislation. Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Once the request has been received, instructions for returning the product will be provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the shipment remains under the customer’s responsibility until it has been received at our premises.

Once the returned product has been received, we will inspect it and process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The customer is liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Returned products must be sent back complete with all accessories originally supplied. The aluminium base is an essential and patented component of the product and is not available for separate sale. In the event that the aluminium base is not returned, or if accessories are missing or damaged (including cushions, elastic bands, or shoulder straps), a proportional deduction may be applied to the refund amount to reflect the loss in value of the product. In the case of the aluminium base not being returned, such deduction will amount to €210.

Signs of use, dirt, damage, or conditions exceeding what is necessary for a normal inspection of the product may result in a proportional reduction of the refund amount based on the decrease in value of the goods.

Refunds of the original shipping costs will be made in accordance with the applicable laws of the customer’s country. For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees collected at checkout are non-refundable.

Should any customs charges, duties, taxes, import fees, or administrative costs relating to the return shipment be charged to us, such amounts will be deducted from the refund.

Where permitted under the applicable law of the customer’s country, payment processing fees charged by PayPal, Stripe, or other payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.

In the event of an exchange for a different product, size, or colour, the shipping costs for the new shipment will be charged to the customer.
