Ugo ships internationally, and ships to the vast majority of countries. All of our orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before payment according to destination.

Customs fees, when applied, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by their country of residence.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the bag, sending to info@ugofordogs.com the wish to return the product with your name and order number; as soon as the request is received, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to make the return, which will be at your expense.

Once we have received your return, we will proceed to check the product and refund your purchase using the same payment method used, provided that the product’s condition is such as to allow it (the product must be intact, clean and must not have been used). Please note that if we are charged any customs fees to receive your return, these will be deducted from your total refund amount. We will charge your return also for the amount of fees that PayPal or Stripe had charged to us for your purchase. We will not refund the shipping costs.
