Customs fees, when applied, are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by their country of residence.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the bag, sending to info@ugofordogs.com the wish to return the product with your name and order number; as soon as the request is received, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to make the return, which will be at your expense.

Please note that if we are charged any customs fees to receive your return, these will be deducted from your total refund amount. Once we have received your return, we will proceed to check the product and refund your purchase using the same payment method used, provided that the product’s condition is such as to allow it (the product must be intact, clean and must not have been used).
