Ugo ships internationally, and ships to the vast majority of countries. All of our orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before payment according to destination.

 

Shipping & Import Charges

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Please note that all prices shown on our website are exclusive of any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local import charges may apply upon delivery and are responsibility of the customer. These may include:

  • – import VAT or local taxes
  • – customs duties (when applicable*)
  • – courier clearance or brokerage fees

 

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. They are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and may vary.

For UK orders, import VAT (currently 20%) and a courier clearance/brokerage fee will be charged upon delivery.

*Our products are Made in Italy, and we include a preferential origin declaration on the commercial invoice where applicable, in accordance with international trade agreements. This may reduce or eliminate customs duties in certain countries (UK, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, Singapore and New Zealand), but we cannot guarantee that additional charges will not be applied.

If import charges are refused or left unpaid, or if any costs are charged back to us by the carrier or customs authorities, we reserve the right to recover all related expenses from the customer, including return shipping and administrative costs.

Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the bag, sending to info@ugofordogs.com the wish to return the product with your name and the order number; as soon as the request is received, you will be sent an e-mail with instructions on how to make the return, which will be at your expense and under your responsibility.

Once we have received your return, we will proceed to check the product and refund your purchase using the same payment method used, provided that the product’s condition is such as to allow it (the product must be intact, with attached label, complete with all the accessories, clean and must not have been used).

Please note that the missing return of the aluminium base will entail the payment of the full price of the bag. Missing or damaged accessories (pillows, elastic band, lace for shoulders) may result in a deduction from the refund amount. Damaged bag may result in a deduction from the refund amount. Moreover, if we will be charged any customs fees to receive your return, these will be deducted from your total refund amount.

We will charge your return also for the amount of fees that PayPal or Stripe had charged to us for your purchase where permitted by the applicable law in your Country. We will not refund the shipping costs where permitted by the applicable law in your Country. 

Please note that if you return your product due to a change product/size/color/…, the new shipment will be on your charge.
