Ugo ships worldwide to most countries. All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before payment based on the destination country.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import charges are calculated according to the destination country, product classification, and carrier requirements applicable at the time of purchase.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees are collected directly at checkout so that, under normal circumstances, no additional import charges are due upon delivery.

Import charges are calculated according to the destination country, product classification, and carrier requirements applicable at the time of purchase.

Our products are made in Italy and, where applicable, we include preferential origin declarations on the commercial invoice in accordance with international trade agreements.

Customs procedures may vary depending on the destination country. In rare cases, local authorities or carriers may require additional information to complete customs clearance.

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned (see Returns and Right of Withdrawal section), we reserve the right to deduct shipping, return, customs, duties, taxes, or administrative costs from the refund amount.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is guaranteed by applicable European consumer protection legislation. Consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason.

Once the request is received, return instructions will be provided. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the shipment remains under the customer’s responsibility until received at our premises.

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The customer is liable for any reduction in product value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Returned products must be complete with all originally supplied accessories. The aluminium base is an essential and patented component and is not sold separately. If the base is not returned, or if accessories are missing or damaged (including cushions, elastic bands, or shoulder straps), a proportional deduction may be applied to the refund. If the aluminium base is not returned, the deduction is €210.

Signs of use, dirt, damage, or conditions beyond normal inspection may reduce the refund proportionally to the product’s diminished value.

Original shipping costs are refunded in accordance with applicable law in the customer’s country. For orders outside the European Union, import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees collected at checkout are non-refundable.

Any customs charges, duties, taxes, import fees, or administrative costs incurred on return shipments may be deducted from the refund.

Where permitted by applicable law, payment processing fees charged by PayPal, Stripe, or other payment providers may be deducted from the refund.

In case of exchange for a different product, size, or colour, shipping costs for the new shipment are charged to the customer.
